SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

  • Delivery: We deliver only within the United States.
  • Shipping Notification: For decorative hardware, organizers, and lighting, we provide tracking numbers. For countertops and cabinets, we notify you of expected delivery dates.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment. If an item is lost during delivery, we will replace it at no cost. We are not responsible for items lost after delivery.
  • Address Issues: If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipment.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Eligible Returns: Only un-customized cabinets, hardware, lighting, and organizers are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized cabinets and countertops are not eligible for return.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom orders.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback or comments, you grant us the right to use, publish, edit, or distribute your content without compensation. We are not obligated to respond to or maintain confidentiality for such submissions.
