At Prize Kitchens, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver products, as well as what customers can expect regarding shipping timelines, costs, and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing Time
- Decorative Hardware: 3–4 business days.
- Countertops: 10 business days.
- Cabinets: 1–2 weeks for standard cabinets. Custom cabinets may take an additional 3 weeks beyond the regular lead time (total lead time could extend to 2–3 months).
We will notify customers via email if there are any delays or backorders with their orders.
2. Shipping Carriers and Methods
- Decorative Hardware and Organizers: Shipped via standard carriers like UPS or FedEx.
- Cabinets and Countertops: Delivered either by freight carriers or through the vendor’s own truck or carrier.
- Local Delivery or Curbside Pick-up: Available for orders upon request.
3. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Eligibility

Free Shipping on orders above:
- $3,000: Applies to cabinets, lighting, organizers, and countertops.
- $35: Applies to decorative hardware (e.g., knobs, handles).
- For other orders, shipping costs are based on a combination of weight, volume, and destination.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
- Decorative Hardware and Organizers: Typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
- Countertops: Delivered within 10 business days.
- Cabinets: Delivery takes 1–2 weeks for standard orders, and up to 3 months for custom orders, depending on production schedules.
5. Signature Requirement for Delivery
- Cabinets and Countertops require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt and ensure secure handling.
- Smaller items, such as hardware, do not require a signature unless otherwise stated.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. To initiate a claim:
- Email us at info@prizekitchens.com with your order or invoice number.
- Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email.
- We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
If the package is lost during shipping, we will send a replacement. However, we are not responsible for items lost after delivery has been confirmed.
7. Backorders and Delays
If any item is on backorder or delayed, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery time. If a significant delay occurs, you may choose to:
- Wait for the product to arrive.
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund for the delayed item.
8. Delivery Coverage
- We ship within the United States only.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
9. Address Issues and Re-Shipments
If an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the order.
