At Prize Kitchens, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Return Window

You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):
    Contact us at info@prizekitchens.com to initiate the return and receive an RA number. The RA number and instructions will guide you on how to proceed.

  2. Ship the Item Back:
    Once approved, send the product to the following address:

    Note: We are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Restocking Fee

All accepted returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@prizekitchens.com.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us at info@prizekitchens.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original product, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
